I would first do an investigation and if the evidence proved there was nothing there, I'd probably fire the accuser for lying on a coworker. Trouble-makers are bad for any business.

Oh! Sorry, I didn't read it. Just got home from work and only read your post, and not the link. No, I would not fire the employee over an accusation without proof positive it happened.
