Not very. To the world and other electronic devices a server is just an IP-number eg 198.0.0.1

For human convenience we associate domain names with such numbers, eg  StateSec.whitehouse.gov; but as for figuring out which name belongs to Hillary Clinton that is near impossible. just a short email to the whois administrators makes it a secret.

PS: Dont try to hack the domain number above. You will be hacking the modem/router that connects you to your Internet Provider. and by the way, it only have that number when seen from inside your own local network ;-))

It is not really knowable. It may have been hacked a dozen times or never.

I am not sure what the other guy is talking about.  Hillary had domains in the open and we know that because we have her emails and we can see how many people emailed her and it was plenty.  If she can be emailed then it is trivial to find out the ip address of her mail server.

Very likely. In fact, the latest "FBI leak" is that it may have been hacked by up to 5 foreign entities.

    Hello O:

I'm sure it got hacked..  Just like I'm sure the Republicans got hacked..  Just like I'm sure the NSA, and the rest of the government got hacked..  I'm sure of all that because we don't take cyber security seriously..  It's like our doors are WIDE open for anybody to come traipsing through...  That some DO, shouldn't be surprising.
