    I've never been to Vienna ... but I saw one of those Food Channel travel shows where they visited Vienna.
    I don't recall seeing them eating these things.

    I think they were invented in Frankfurt ("frankfurters") but the Germans were kinda embarrassed about them, so they blamed them on Vienna ("Wienerwurst").
