For those people with very serious vision problems that can be corrected, if they misplace their glasses, how do they find them?

    Very carefully!

    They always say, when you can't find something to look in the last place you saw it.  Well, misplaced glasses are never in the last place you saw them.  If they were they one could see perfectly to hunt for them.


    (Someone could make a fortune by inventing a pair of glasses that come when you call them.)

    They always know where their spare pair are, or at least their old pair or even just an old lens.

    I can get to anywhere in my house blindfolded.  If the loss occurs away from home the person would have to engage the assistance of someone to get him or her home.

    Well, when or if you vision gets to the point you are blind without your glasses, the cat will have to go.  You're welcome.  :)

    My mother could barely see without glasses. If her glasses were not on her face, they were on the bedside table or by the bathroom sink and she was nearby. I think any person who couldn't function without glasses would be unlikely to misplace them.
