Do you ever submit an entry to some of the contests that are available?

Eg.. at the bottom of the receipts from some stores they ask 'how did we do today?' and you can enter by phone or email for the monthly draw.

    Rarely.  With ones that are state, or country wide, the odds are so high it isn't worth the effort. 

    BTW - The so-called "contest" at the bottom of store receipts is simply a gimmick to get people to fill out a "how are we doing" survey.  Unless a customer has a problem, they rarely fill out those surveys.   Oh, unless you rate them excellent, most stores don't really care about those surveys.

    Almost never.  I think of it as a way for them to get your valid email address and then they pepper you with unwanted emails.
