No. Criminal non-citizens, if they have committed serious felonies, should be deported once they've completed their entire prison sentence. Non-citizens who have committed misdemeanors (minor infractions) that did not involve physical assaults, should be incarcerated for their entire sentence. If they commit three such acts, they should be deported.
