    "Cheat"?
That implies the company has some written agreement with the employee, which the company violates.
Why do that, when it's simpler to just not offer something?
So I say it's rare that a company needs to "cheat their employees".

Generally, CEO bonuses are not based on prices.
In fact, as long as the stockholders are happy, it's not even necessary for a company to make large profits.

Well ok but according to World Economic Forum many employees in USA believe they are cheated out of safe working environment.
69% of white workers feel safe on the job 31% do not.
59% non white workers feel safe on the job.41% do not

Making conditions safe might cost the employer $$$$ (heaven forbid).

No. If they cheated them it would be illegal and lead to lawsuits.

There should be lawsuits when employees are cheated out of safe working environment in USA.
    According to World Economic Forum:

69% of white workers feel safe on the job 31% do not
59% non white workers feel safe on the job. 41% do not.

You could have simply omitted "it is likely" and said, "Do you think some companies cheat..."
