Discussion»Questions»Business» Do you think it is likely some companies cheat their employees, charge high prices so CEO, senior execs get multi million $$$ anual bonuses?
"Cheat"? That implies the company has some written agreement with the employee, which the company violates. Why do that, when it's simpler to just not offer something? So I say it's rare that a company needs to "cheat their employees".
Generally, CEO bonuses are not based on prices. In fact, as long as the stockholders are happy, it's not even necessary for a company to make large profits.
Well ok but according to World Economic Forum many employees in USA believe they are cheated out of safe working environment. 69% of white workers feel safe on the job 31% do not. 59% non white workers feel safe on the job.41% do not
Making conditions safe might cost the employer $$$$ (heaven forbid).
