Should the judge have sealed Ghislaine Maxwell's case evidence*? Why protect the "clients"?

*added for clarification

The judge sealed the black book of contacts/clients/appointments. This is the topic should he have sealed the book.

Judge in her case sealed the records containing clients to whom she was convicted  of sex trafficking  of minors.

How long do you think she will last before she is found dead? (By suicide, of course)

No, those records should not be sealed, especially since she has been found guilty.  Let everyone who participated in this disgusting travesty be held accountable.

I couldn't care less if she's found dead - by suicide or otherwise.  She is a despicable human being.

Do you think Epstien killed himself? It is not about her life....she is quite disgusting.  It is about them protecting  the pervs she sold those children to....they need to be exposed and brought to prison.

I have no idea whether or not Epstein killed himself nor do I care.  One less perv we have to take care of for the rest of his miserable life.

I said the other perverts should be held accountable, too.

That's how we differ you and I. I hope she serves her full sentence so she can be dished out a punch in the head for breakfest, lunch and dinner. I also figure she knows a thing  or two about Trump and she will spill the beans on him. Cheers and Happy New Year!

If she has anything on Trump she would have already spilled it to get a plea deal and no prison time.

She is a relatively young woman.  I would prefer not to have to feed, clothe and shelter her for the rest of her life.  If she knows anything about Trump, I believe she would have used it before his term was over and she would have leveraged it to get him to pardon her.

    Happy New Year.

No, everything is public unless it pertains to minors. There is some fake news floating around, and it's sad that even some members of Congress are repeating it without checking facts.

Everything  is public? Where is the list of clients?

You didn't specify client list in your question. Epsteins black book was sealed, but every client mentioned in court is public. IMO, the clients are not on trial (yet) and appearing in the black book is not proof that they were clients. There is plenty of information out there already if you need to know it.

My question directly  mentioned protecting the clients.

The question said the case was sealed, not a specific piece of evidence. Because clients are publicly referred to, it was reasonable to assume you meant the entire case was sealed, which it clearly was not. And that is the rumor that is going around. Publishing  the black book (which is not just a list clients) would accomplish nothing but trial by media. I think clients should be prosecuted, but it should go through the legal system. You are free to believe conspiracy theories, but I prefer to deal in facts.

I have explained multiple times. I'm sorry you can't seem to grasp the concept that there is no definitive list of clients that has been presented in evidence, neither sealed or unsealed. You can always have someone show you how to use Google and find this out for yourself.

    Clients/contacts/apportionment.

She and Epstien's former worker stole a copy of a black book of hers that had names of the victims/clients and apportionment  times and details.  He went to jail for trying to sale it.   The FBI has it.

Now, is this the same book? We do not know but surely they used it in the case or they did not do their job.

Bet the members of Congress that are repeating the fake news are part of the Trump gang. And they are doing it to take attention away from Trump and his involvement with her and Ebstein. Cheers and Happy New Year!

Fake news?  So the judge did not seal the list of clients from the public? Please, show me where we can view this list...

She sealed the black book, not a list of clients. The fake news is that all details of the trial were being kept from the public.

So where is the list of clients? That is what is being  complained  about. The clients are being protected.

No one is claiming the trial itself was sealed. It is about  the black book of clients.  This post was edited by my2cents at December 30, 2021 8:48 PM MST

You, yourself said the case was sealed to protect clients. You said nothing about a list or about specific evidence. Many names that came up in the trial are public, including Trump, Clinton, and other prominent figures some of whom were allegedly clients. In my personal opinion, to publish a list of alleged clients without proof would incur a host of legal issues. I know you have your heart set on there being a conspiracy, so I'm done wasting time on this.
