    2 points for the charity fund, 3 points to pay union dues, 1 point as a tip for the janitor doing such a great job, 2 points help pay caring for the company mascot and 1 point to pay for birthday cakes for employees celebrating a birthday. That's about all. 
    Total monthly deductions: 9 points.
