What reasons can you give for why these cops should or should not be fired?

I think they should be fired because they became cops for the the sole purpose of doing harm to the people of Austin Texas.

    I don't think they should be fired because experienced cops are an asset. Maybe some 'dogwatch instruction' like learning how to handle matters in a more gentlemanly way might be more beneficial for all parties concerned.
