     I doubt I’ve ever considered or desired living that long, and I don’t know what other people think about it for their own lives, but I know where my mind might be if I were still around at that age. (Wink, nudge.)

    From what I have seen with elderly people, living past 90 isn’t that great. Dementia is common, it’s difficult to live independently, and you see everyone you’ve known die, so you feel very alone.

    So pessimistic! I currently know several 90+ people living full and active lives. They are truly a pleasure.
