    Now I'm not sure if I want to quit completely.  Perhaps I could hold it down to just a few a day.  Not having something solid to grab hold of when I'm stressed might not be a good thing right now.  Plus the weight gain is not making me happy. I was making some headway in losing weight. I think 3 per day will do it then cutting back to 2 per day and so on.
