    There's a mean tool. Building a boat?

No, just around the house. My original Dewalt drill's batteries died and I replaced them once each over the years, but they are so expensive I just bought a new drill. The new one was great for building a new deck.

      Two:

    A pavement weeding tool

    An indoor/outdoor tool caddy

(Both of these photos are approximations of the actual ones I bought.)

That's enough to keep a man busy.

I think I'll get one of those caddies. Very clever.

One would think you would have more and larger shovels, or do you have a 'special' place for them?

It’s a rookie mistake to keep one of those after its first use. They’re doing all kinds of surprising things with forensic science these days. I don’t want to get caught. Grrrrrrrr.

I bought a stud finder for hanging artwork. (Stud finder jokes will not be appreciated).

    Snow shovel or nails.

I do need to get a power screwdriver.

I picked up a tiny little level.  I'm not sure when I'll use it but it was just too cute and cheap.

    In the last few days:

Some taps - not the kitchen-sink fittings, but the sort of taps that cut screw-threads in metal.

A shredder for garden trimmings - my aim is to convert the shrub prunings to mulch.  Previously I'd been taking them to the Council "recycling" yard where although the garden waste is turned into compost for use in the town gardens or re-sale, I twigged that as far as my modest little garden is concerned, that was a bit wasteful and self-defeating.

    '
And not bought but repaired, a small tube-bender whose original operating mechanism had disintegrated.
