French language was my favorite study in school. That inspired me to start learning Russian language later on.

Yikes. Other than PE, I had/have no interest in any of those. That's why I am a crappy Jeopardy player.

Ha!   I don't have a passing score on Jeopardy either.  Ever.  It's embarrassing.   TV shows and world history buffs seem to be the most successful.  I love watching it though.

And 'pop' stuff. Actually, this past Monday's game was easy. I ran a category and answered quite a few others. I may have won that game.

I haven't watched this week but am going to in tonight I hope.  The news may be taking priority; I haven't had the TV on.

Curious...have you ever blurted out the answer to a Jeopardy question and wondered why you knew it and how did it just jump out of your mouth?  That happens to me sometimes and I have to assume that some information that goes in stays in there but is never recalled.

I may have at one time or another. Three times, though, I have answered 'Final Jeopardy' when they gave the category, and not yet the clue. One of them none of the contestants got it correct.

I can, but with the exception of some forms of integral calculus I can't see the point. Quadratics were particularly useless. Ax^2 + bx + c = 0. I care why?
