Was Trump right in saying Putin was a good negotiator?

At his rally on the weekend Trump once again said Putin was smart then he added that Putin was a good negotiator when he massed 200.000 troops on the Ukrainian border. When Putin put his troops on the border he told the World that it was just a training exercise then he invaded the Ukraine in the middle of the night. That is not negotiating and most people in the World see that except  Trump. Cheers!

    Not sure what he is. He has been talking with BC First Nations survivors  of Residential schools. He says a lot except for an apologia (not very christen like). Thought I would include a First Nation song -  Hey Ya Hyya - Hey Ya Hyya. Were were you when the sun went down and gave this land to the people not the kings and queens? We hear your words and your words are hollow.  Hey Ya Hyya - Hey Ya Hyya. Cheers!
