How often do you bring in your mail and toss it all in the recycling bin because it's all junk?

I do that most days.

About once or twice every two weeks.

Rarely. I let my grandchildren play with it first, then yeet it into the bin with their added illustrations.

I go out and get my mail, walk directly to dumpster to throw in the junk pieces.  Only the real mail makes it to my house.

I get a lot of catalogs because I order on line.  I flip through them and then toss them.  Most of the rest of my mail constitutes please for donations to one charity or another.  Occasionally, a real piece of mail gets delivered.

You’d think that the tree-killers at the catalog companies would figure out that since they got your contact information because you order online, maybe advertising to you online would be a more appropriate method to peddle their wares, right? Grrrrrrrrrrr.

I would think so, and indeed they do!

I bought a pack of bandsaw blades from a tool-retail chain called 'Machine Mart', and it's thrown any number of advertising e-posts at me since then, without having a clue what else I am likely to buy from it, nor when or how often!
