You’ve just been sentenced to 60 days of hard labor making sandwiches in the dungeon, then it’s revealed the judge is Randy D’s great uncle.

What would you do?

Er, um, I’d advise against that if I were in your shoes. Livvie has already tried to escape from my grasp on several occasions, and I easily caught her each and every time. Getting away from The Rand Man is not as easy as it looks.

I would figure out a way to turn the sandwiches into something evil.

Gee, I hadn’t considered that possibility: something being slipped into my sandwiches. I’d better call Uncle Melvin and see if you can’t be sent to the County Jail instead. Grrrrrrr.

My stepdaughter works at our county jail and knows the Sheriff. I'd be out in an hour, no bail.

Sounds like aiding and abetting the escape of a prisoner, malfeasance and dereliction of duty to me. They have a women’s detention wing there too, don’t they? She’ll most likely join its population. Let me give Uncle Melvin a call . . . Grrrrrrr.
