Where I live, during the summer if it’s foggy in the morning, later in the day, the weather will be very hot.

    Cold in winter, hot in summer. Dark at night, light during daytime. Like clockwork.

    Similar to Stu's area. We have Lake Erie, though, and if the wind blows off of it, it isolates us from other weather. Just today a thunderstorm rolled through, and the lake, acting as a wedge, caused the storm to go North and South of us. Once in a while one will surge through.
