Why is the "Questions" catagory missing from the line of choices on the top of the page?

It's been missing for a long time.  JA was supposedly having it fixed, but so far it's still like this.

Go to the bottom of the page and click on 'See all questions'

It is left from the most recent seemingly major problem with the site.  The "questions" option appears BEFORE you sign in.  So, click on the questions tab and get the list up THEN sign in.  If you leave the questions section you will have to sign out to find it again unless you backspace enough times to return to it. 

seems we all have that problem !
