Should the gov be providing the residents in Ohio with temp housing because of the train derailment releasing toxic chemicals?

Yes that is the point of my question....the gov is not paying. The government that ordered the release and burning of a hazardous substance. That is why we have FEMA, to help people during emergencies. You can debate IF we should have it, but the fact is we do so it should help these people just as it does victims of hurricanes, tornadoes earthquakes etc. Whose victims would also have insurance to cover those emergencies.
