I can't but I had a friend of the family that could. He could use astral projection to move through the different Planes of existence (the physical plane, the astral plane, the causal plane, and that which is beyond the beyond). Once he gave me a demonstration. He stood against a wall about 10 feet away from me and asked if I was ready. I said yes and then in less then a blink of a eye my beer that was on the coffee table in front of me was gone and he was against the wall 10 feet away from me holding my beer. Cheers!
