What food should I only eat when I have excess gas and diarrheas'?

If you have chronic diarrhea it’s probably a sensitivity or intolerance to certain foods.  The easiest (but somewhat expensive) way to find out which foods are the culprits is to order a home testing kit.

Chronic diarrhea may be a precursor to other problems such as rapid fat gain.  My husband told me that before we met, he had problems with weight that started at the same time chronic diarrhea started.  He no longer has either problem, but he lost weight three times and gained all back almost instantly before he found a solution on the fourth try.

I have a cousin who is morbidly obese and he admitted to having diarrhea 100% of the time, so there might be a correlation there that shouldn’t be ignored.

I don’t think anyone on AM can answer this.  You’ll need go to a medical Q&A site.  If it really is a food intolerance or sensitivity, which it may not be, the most common food intolerances and sensitivities seem to be gluten, peanuts and dairy.

Pay attention to what you eat.  I know what I can’t eat.  I can’t handle deep-fried and breaded things very well so I just don’t eat them, but it’s different for every person.  Things dipped in cornmeal batter make me barf right after eating them.

Milk is 27 percent saturated fat remember. I think.
On average, fat constitutes 3.3% to 4.4% of milk (17). A glass of whole milk contains 5 g saturated fatty acid, or in other words, 20% of the daily amount recommended by the 2015 Dietary Guidelines for Americans (
