Hypothetically speaking, and I’m asking for a friend, if I’m related to the chief magistrate of the civil court system, shouldn’t that have

 

balance in restraining order cases that have (frivolously and all unlawfully) been filed against me?  [Grrrrrrrrrrr. ~]
