Have you contacted your Congressman and Senators and told them to block Trump?

The American people have resoundingly rejected the status quo.

That does not mean they want the sex offender to actually govern.  I have already contacted both of my Senators and my Congressional Representative (all Republican) and urged them to use whatever means necessary, including working with Democrats to block Trump, and especially to keep his filthy hands off our nuclear arsenal.

It is very easy to contact your legislators, and very few people actually do it, so you can have a big impact, especially if your representative is a Republican (as Democrats will be working against Trump on everything except funding Planned Parenthood.)

    What a sore loser!

The American people have resoundingly reject Hil-LIAR-y and the rest of the Clinton Crime Family . . . and you want to circumvent the Constutition and US law and try to boot the legally-elected President before he's sworn in.

As someone else has already pointed out here your beloved Obama said "You lost, we won. You can come along for the ride but you will have to ride in the back of the bus." We lived with him and Hil-LIAR-y for the past 8-years. Now you can live with President Trump while the nation tries to get back on its feet after the disaster of the last 8-years..

    What a sore winner!

I agree with you that President Obama has been a disaster for the country, and I am hopeful now that the ACA will be repealed before people like me are hit with tax penalties we cannot afford for not buying health insurance we cannot afford.

However, as a conservative and a woman who respects all those who have fought, died, or suffered torture in defense of our country, I cannot support a misogynist, draft dodging sex offender with the emotional temperament of a five-year-old who disparages our veterans.  Not for one day.

The voters have resoundingly rejected Secretary Clinton, but that does not mean they want a sex offender to govern.  Republicans control the House and Senate and with Barack Obama no longer there to obstruct them, they can repeal the ACA all by themselves.

Sex offender Trump is not and has never been a conservative.  Conservatives have a duty to God and to this country to impeach Trump.  Mike Pence would make a fine President.

Hope this clarifies things a bit!  Thank you for your answer.  :)

What are our senators and congressmen going to do about it?

They can start by revoking the force authorizations that have allowed two presidents to wage undeclared war in violation of the Constitution.

They can also pass laws!  It is urgent that they put new safeguards in place to make it impossible for the president to launch a nuclear strike because some world leader snubbed him on Twitter.  Whatever you may think of their policies, Bush/Obama were decent men with the temperament to be president.  Trump is not.  There were no nuclear weapons when Wilhelm II, Mussolini, and Hitler came to power.  The American people have failed to grasp how dangerous sex offender Trump really is.

Hope this helps!  Thank you for your answer.  :) This post was edited by Christine at November 9, 2016 6:16 AM MST

They can try to pass laws, but can't stop Trump from being president.

The House impeaches him and the Senate removes him.  It can be done.  Paul Ryan and others would have to grow spines, so it is admittedly unlikely.

No and I will not. Trump won the election by so much and the popular vote and republicans took the house and the senate. There was nothing more to be won. The people do want trump to govern. Maybe I will write a letter suggesting the opposite of yours.
