By indicting Trump for Jan 6, do the Dems realize they just allowed Trump to present evidence of the election fraud in court?

I'd like to see that evidence.  So far, any "proof" they tried to show in almost all of their lawsuits has been rejected.  So, bring it.

The cases refused to actually examine the evidence  and dismissed for other reasons.

If the suits were brought improperly, there would have been no need to review "evidence."  Too bad Trump's attorneys didn't know how to initiate a legitimate lawsuit, but that's the problem - no lawsuit would be legitimate.

Cases first claimed to early to file. Then they told them they waited to late to file then they claimed no standing.    Etc.   The few cases that heard evidence most were won by Trumps side.

I know you won't watch this because you're smarter than the experts, but maybe someone with an open mind would like to hear what a group of Conservative researchers came up with.

Bring it on. Whatever they may have wasn’t enough to change the outcome of the election.

And BTW, he was INDICTED, not INDICATED.

It has been enough to fix some legislation and likely will cause some more to be fixed.

But it won’t absolve Trump of anything he has done in violation of the law.

Ah, so he’s being indicted for no reason and based on no evidence.

Maybe Rudy. Oh wait, he said he never verified the evidence he presented. Maybe Sydney Powell? She seems credible.
