I have no way of knowing whether or not the survey is valid.  It came out of research done in the UK, that's all I know.

I won’t be 55 for another 25 years but I took it anyway.  This is what my answer would be if I were 55 but none of my other chances were changed:

Excellent.  Having said that, there age is also a factor.  I hope it stays that way for you. :)

I had my husband take this even though he’s not 55 yet either.  If he were 55 but answered all of the other questions the same way, he gets 0% of getting dementia.

How does that happen?  His answers were way unhealthier than mine!

    I was surprised at mine - 10% - considering I'm 78, overweight, don't eat as well as I should and don't exercise.

I think we need to start drinking more alcohol, have more stress and have less of a feeling of belonging in our communities to reduce our risk of dementia.  My husband answered this quiz that way and he has no chance of getting dementia.

I think I'm almost there or it could just be the meds.

Had to say I was 55...I am 49.

It said 0%.  But did say I need to eat better and lose weight. And should be more involved in the community.

What does it mean if you couldn't figure out how to take the quiz?
