Being in the warm sunshine helps me, even the air feels and smells different. Living in the north, middle of the U.S., where dreary days drone on, I've found the "SunTouchPlus" light box to be of help but not a 100% cure. Many people here in the north go south for the winter, I see why, if I could afford it I'd go myself. If you find a quick fix let me know, I sure could use it right now.
