    I very strongly suspect that is Winslow, AZ.

    Correct, OS. I already have on my computer a full-size version which displays "Winslow, Arizona" on the building. I was browsing on the Internet when I spotted the version displaying the W alone, and I thought I'd use it to test people on here. Lol:)
