Conflict (noun): A disagreement or clash between two or more individuals, groups, or nations.
Conflicting (adjective): Describing two or more things that are in opposition or competition with each other.
Conflictive (adjective): Causing or involving conflict.
Conflictorial (noun): A situation or condition that involves conflict.
Conflictuous (adjective): Full of conflict or turmoil.
Conflict is an inevitable, completely normal part of the human condition, yet most people readily admit that they intentionally avoid anything that even remotely resembles disagreement or confrontation.
Disagreement or confrontation can be a good thing if it produces good results. Being disagreeable just for the sake of stirring up trouble is another thing all together. My neighbor for example just wants to fight about everything. Almost every day she has needless drama over something.
