How are we taking the rights of women away, if we don't know what a woman is?

Again you're drawing a very long bow. In this case we're talking about individuals who are capable of bearing children - or rape victims who identify as female and not all of them were born that way.
Rape and domestic violence aren't always by men against women but 75% of them are (and better than half of the remainder occur in same sex relationships - very few men are assaulted by women but it does happen). Nonconsent is rape, that's not just her not saying "no" but all cases where it's not an enthusiastic "yes" - and also all cases where one participant is not capable of providing INFORMED consent, that's minors and those intellectually impaired people (not all of them) who are physically and chronologically adult but lack the mental capacity to make that decision. This is another area where termination can be ethical, children shouldn't be forced to have children. Aretha Franklin had two kids before she was 14 and there's no record of the men or boys responsible for that being punished or sanctioned in any way.

You might want to think about sobriety because your question failed miserably.
