I depends on where they are going to send their troops. To which side?

Turkey (Nato) would be on the Lebanon side, Israel is not a NATO member.  Israel is reportedly preparing for a ground invasion.

Unlike Gaza and the West Bank, Lebanon is a SOVEREIGN STATE. If Israel invades, that's an act of war and NATO would be justified in sanctions against its problem child. They're behaving like North Korea at the moment.

Israel is not a NATO member.  So it does not activate the Article 5 of NATO to defend a member nation...

Hezbolah attacked Israel from Lebanon.  Israel has every right to respond.

NATO countries have no responsibility for other NATO countries who go to war with non-NATO members. Its purpose is to defend its members from attack.

So it would not drag NATO members in unless Israel attacked Turkey directly in Turkey?

I am not an expert on how NATO works, but I think members have some discretion in how they respond. There isn't any automatic deployment of troops and NATO uses consensus rather than voting. The US president would still need Congressional approval before entering a war.

US Presidents have quit asking for permission for wars.  But yes, they are supposed to ask for approval.
