    It was all a joke the whole entire statement, none of it was real.  It was said for the laugh factor, nothing else.

    I did not see that.  And that guy should be arrested as well.   That video is obviously from 2020 election. The mask and if you pause you can make out the names of candidates  (very blurry but readable)
