    No.  Happiness is transient, as it depends on current happenings.  For example, if a loved one were to die I certainly wouldn't be happy.  Winning the lottery might (briefly) seem to be a "happy" occasion, but the troubles it brings quickly squelch that feeling.  Personally, I try to be content in all circumstances.

    I'm over the moon with happiness right now even though I'm not showing it due to other things going on around me which are a real drag.
