    But 2 large caravans that were headed to the US border were indeed just broken up in Mexico.

    The only caravans that reached the US border were during Trump's administration. Biden has been working with Mexico in a cooperative way and Mexico has been doing their part. Breaking up caravans is not new and not because of anything the president-elect has said or done.
