I am not surprised that  Biden didn't allow his son to become a martyr. Good job, Joe.

So you believe AG Merrick Garland deliberately targeted Hunter Biden??? Interesting.

Do your homework. The investigation was underway before Garland became AG. He and Biden didn't interfere with it, but they didn't start it.

Don't file your taxes and see if you are "selected" for investigation.  Then lie on you FISA gun application.

(Hunter failed to file taxes in 2017 and 2018. The investigation started from those failed to file returns.)

He broke the laws, he can feel bad and say he admitted to it.  But that crap doesn't fly for most people.  We would feel bad and sorry in the jail.

There was a special prosecutor who filed charges and got convictions,  are you saying the DOJ, IRS, FBI etc are biased?

Lie on a gun application and never use the gun in a crime? You won't be prosecuted. Don't file your taxes and later pay them in full as well as the fines, you won't be charged.

And I still never thought Merritt Garland targeted anybody as you implied.

Good for President Biden.  He should also issue a blanket pardon for every single person on Trump's revenge hit list like Jack Smith and his team, Mueller and his team, etc.

And they our system is fair and not 2 tiered....Biden's actions and his administration's actions have proven this is not the case.

Who says it's not two-tiered? Trump should have been criminally, not civilly,  charged for the Trump University fraud. And of course, his $25K contribution to AG candidate Pam Bondi, who declined to prosecute as Florida AG had nothing to do with it. He also should have been criminally, not just civilly charged for misusing charitable donations to the Trump Foundation. Rich, powerful people have always had advantages.

At least we agree that it is indeed 2 tiered and biased...

Of course it isn't fair.  Trump pardoned Kushner's father, Steve Bannon, Lil Wayne, Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, George Papadopoulos, Rod Blagojevich, Kodak Black, Joe Arpaio, etc.  You can find the full list here:

    What about.....

Trump never claimed for years that he would not pardon anyone.  Much less any specific person. Biden did.  We all knew it was a lie.  He should have pardoned him from the start why waste our time and tax money....

OMG, who can support a politician who lied? Certainly not MAGA. (sarcasm)

Biden changed his mind. Get over it.

    I'm not surprised.

Just as I wasn't surprised when then-President Trump pardoned his son-in-law's father, as was already mentioned.

Not overly impressed but impressed with Hunter's words after his pardon. And I'm not well-versed on all the details on all the presidential pardons in history.

I wonder if pardons within families would be tempting if we ourselves were president.
