Why wouldn't it be legal?  It is a publicly available image.

    Personally, I prefer this one:

Using someone's picture to sell a product is not the same as just posting it.

The way she's looking at him suggests to me that she can't believe that he's going to be president again.

It looks to me like she's trying not to breathe in, like when there's a bad odor.

She believes it. So does her daughter  sitting to her who is also all smiles.

I still say Joe and Jill voted for Trump.

Here is a photo of 2 wife’s. One of the wife’s looks like she is happy and in love. The other wife – not so much. So which one of the wife’s would be more likely to vote against her husband? Cheers!

There is another one I cannot find right now.

Jill to Trump:  If you need a baby sitter, you know I am available.

In order for that to make sense, a person would  have to be gullible enough to believe debunked gossip.

Jill babysat for Joe in 1974.    This post was edited by my2cents at December 11, 2024 6:19 AM MST

Just claiming it was debunked does not debunk anything.
Jill's ex husband stands by his story. And stays there are witnesses to both himself and Jill working on Joe's first senate campaign.

There are two different stories the Bidens claim they met. One being a blind date by  The other being Joe saw an picture of Jill while with his brother and said that was the kind of woman he liked. And his brother said he knew her and then gave Joe her number.

Anyway, Jill ex has his story and the Bidens have theirs.

You are correct. If her Trump-supporting, bitter, ex-husband with a history of tax fraud and writing bad checks, stands by his story, then I cannot call it debunked.

But, using his story to make jokes about the First Lady being sexually promiscuous is something I, personally,  find distasteful.

"The claim that Jill and Joe Biden first met when Jill was 15 and working as a babysitter for the Biden family is completely unfounded. In reality, the pair met in 1975, after the death of Biden's first wife, and while Jill was a student in her mid-20s."

    Further flagged as false:

She has moved past that story to a different one, put out by Jill's ex-husband. He says that he and Jill worked on Biden's first senate campaign and she became close to Biden and babysat his sons after their mother died. According to him, he ended the marriage because of her involvement with Joe Biden and blames the 'Biden crime family' for his legal troubles. He has not, to my knowledge, produced any corroboration, but his story is accepted as fact by his fellow Trump supporters.

Shocking that someone would post a story seemingly without facts.  I'm wondering just how low some folks will go to bad-mouth someone who has absolutely no effect on their life whatsoever.

It's a he said/she said situation, and it's best to let it go. It doesn't matter, voters overlook much worse.

Just wanted to add: wasn't your post about the behavior of a former First Lady removed because it was sexist and judgmental regarding how women should behave? This post was edited by Jane S at December 12, 2024 1:48 PM MST

Why, yes, it was.  But it's different when the Magadonians post that trash.

Not sure if it was fair or legal - but I’m positive that it was gauche and un presidential. The photo was taking at the re opening of Notre-Dame – Trump should have been talking about what a fantastic job they did at restoring it but instead he pushed another one of his products. I think that it is a sign from above that Trump will use his presidency to make money. Cheers!

I gave this a bit more thought and now I figure – no it’s not fair because Jill Biden never did anything to him and yet he is calling her an enemy. And it’s not legal because he is making money from somebody without their approval. Cheers!
