Which also explains the glare Kamala shot at the two of them. Followed by: "I wonder if I can get Vance to do that for me?"

To be honest, I'm not really interested in what they may have said.
I'm just happy to see these two men, together, and both appearing completely authentic and truly enjoying themselves for that moment.
I'd like to think that a lot of people (besides me) may take inspiration that, in spite of many differences, we can all get along and work together for the common good.
:)
I appreciate seeing the picture. Thanks, Jane S. :)
I agree that it was good to see them being cordial, but I honestly don't know how authentic it was. I've been in the position where I put good manners ahead of political differences and in my case, it was just a performance. I am sympathetic to those who could not do the same, but disappointed in public figures who thought obvious snubs were appropriate in that setting.
I may be on same page with you more than my answer indicated Yes, by authentic, I also meant being professional, regardless of what either person may be thinking inside.
And, as far as Mr. Trump, I've most often found him being very, very unprofessional in public - - ever since his ScowlingStalkingEscapade behind Hillary Clinton during their first debate to his recent, on his website, calling another person "deranged" and a "lumatic.". Yes, other politicians have called others names but not so often, in my opinion, as Mt. Trump chooses to do. I'd be immediately fired if I spoke of others as he so often does. Professional behavior is important to me.
Yes. I see now you said 'appearing authentic ', so yes we agree (as usual). Civility seems to have disappeared in politics and other places and we can't blame it on the younger generation.
