Do you feel the need to empower your emp'oyer?

Are you a work-call-all-ic? I yell Haffenriffer!;and he "goes" do they even make that anymore? I haven't seen that...brb.

    I am my own employer.   But when I have worked for others I always do my best for them while I was there.  Every employee owes that to the person paying their paycheck.

    Yes I guess unless that is you may have cognitive bias against people taking time talking to their boss about progressive ideas. Conservative dislike Progressives. But I'll admit, my sister born in 46 did express Work..ugh!" But you can't force a horse to the water and make them drink it if all their energy goes to being intellectual cog.
