- Worms can't exist in space (no air). - Therefore they cannot make holes in space. - If they cannot make holes, then there will never be any wormholes in space.
I think it is still at least 100 years away. Lots of stuff they have figure out. But for all we know man might already have the key for worm hole travel. Maybe they have crashed allian ships that they are trying to figure out how things work. Cheers!

Send a robotic controlled craft in first and see where you end up, hoping it's a two way street. A wormhole could be God's vacuum to keep the universe clutter free...you never know...It could happen. lol
