Right before tornado season. So when, not if, people are killed by tornadoes they weren't warned about, you know who to blame.

    There probably is more to the story. Like after Musk posted on his website that NOAA was slated for cuts - he went golfing with Trump. And when Trump asked Musk how it was going with NOAA Musk said – looks like reign – then they laughed and laughed. Cheers!
