Without the 2nd amendment there would be no other amendments. Gov would walk over the people.
No one is trying to appeal the 22nd....that is a troll and the media cannot resist themselves.
Congress has long deligated tariffs to the President since the 1930s. Why, Congress is incapable of doing anything complicated in a timely manner. And it is easier blame the President.

Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 is the emoluments clause and the Qatari airplane is a blatant violation of it. The WH is spinning it as a gift to the US but that's baloney and you know it. Boeing is based in the US and this aircraft remains Trump's personal property even after he leaves office, assuming he lives that long. And assuming that there even is an election in 2028, he's likely to declare a "state of emergy" (that's how he spells it, he has the literacy level of an eight-year-old) and postpone the election indefinitely.
It is a gift to the DOJ. Not Trump. It will go to the Presidential Library. Which means he will not be flying around in it. It will be on display for the people to see. Along with other artifacts from the administration.
