Will Ukraine’s resent military victory bring Trump and Putin back together?

Yesterday Ukraine launched a drone strike on 5 Russian military air bases that were deep into Russian territory. The attack destroyed over 40 Russian planes and a military operations command building. Some of the planes were long range bombers that were capable of carrying nukes. The strike was being planned for over a year and part of it was smuggling drones into Russia that would be ready for the day of the attack. Trump was not given a heads up about the attack which probably really bugs him. Russia and even some Americans are calling the attack an act of terrorism and comparing it to the Pearl Harbor attack - and I think Trump will join them and try to paint Russia as the victim. Cheers!

About a month ago Trump told Zelenskyy that he wasn’t holding any cards. I think this air strike showed Trump he was way wrong and I bet that really bugs him. Cheers!

I'm sure that Trump was furioius that Zelenskyy didn't alert him in advance of this attack.  Considering how cavalier the Department of Defense is about keeping military plans a secret, is it any wonder?  Russia has been bombing Ukraine almost non-stop.  Ukraine did what it had to do to protect itself.
