Trump usually has something to say about everything so I’m a little baffled why he hasn't said anything about this.

Maybe it is because it hurt his feelings that Putin might not really like/respect him.
Or maybe it is because a couple of days before the Alaska meeting the Kremlin said that Putin has a sensitive file on Trump that includes info about the Ebstein files. It has been about a month since Trump said he would give Ukraine a missal/drown defense system - as far as I know they still haven’t got it and  maybe if the had that building wouldn’t of been hit. Cheers and happy week end!

I just heard a reporter ask him about it. He said he's 'not happy about it'.  Then he went with on his usual claims about how many wars he's settled and that we'll 'see in about two weeks about this one.'  His concern was overwhelming.

I saw that clip of him saying he wasn't happy a couple of hours after I posted this.  So, considering that Putin has sent more missiles, drones and bombs every time Trump has said he wasn't happy about something Putin did or didn't do, I can only feel bad for Ukraine.
