Should a judge be allowed to send defendants to a mental facility that judge has a financial stake in?

Co-owner, CEO, or even just a regular worker? Or is this a conflict of interest?

Thanks for providing this link.  The following commentary within the regulations would seem to indicate that a judge should not be permitted to send defendants to a mental facility in which the judge has a financial interest:

"Canon 4D(1), (2), and (3). Canon 3 requires disqualification of a judge in any proceeding in which the judge has a financial interest, however small. Canon 4D requires a judge to refrain from engaging in business and from financial activities that might interfere with the impartial performance of the judge’s judicial duties."
