      “Hotel California” by The Eagles.

      “Don’t Stop Believin’” by Journey.

“Don’t Worry, Be Happy” by Bobby McFerrin.

      “Right Said Fred”

      “Pour Some Sugar On Me”

“Get Out Of My Dreams (and Into My Car)” by Billy Ocean [it sounds like an ode in support of child-molesters].

      And many, many more! Grrrr.

("I'm Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred?)

I'm with you on all of the other songs you mentioned.

I like much of The Eagles' music but I never liked "Hotel California" since Day One it came out.

I don’t dislike The Eagles hit “Hotel California” at all. It’s a great song and I love it. What I dislike, however, is that it is often the only song by The Eagles that gets played, and they play it so often on such a repetitive basis that it becomes unbearable to listen to, converting a great song into a fingernails on the chalkboard song.

The Eagles have a litany of great songs and “Hotel California” is just one of them, but all the others get ignored and then that one gets played until it becomes vomit-inducing to listen to.

The same goes for “Don't Stop Believin” by Journey.

Obviously, you mina anything by the group.

My track record today on site is terrible.

    Time for me to go.

Ain't that the truth? With the immense catalogue of great music from ABBA, I don't get why that is the only song we ever hear. This post was edited by WelbyQuentin at April 8, 2026 4:47 PM MDT
