    Mexico is a developing country. Chances are the people who came here from Mexico were starving. The people from Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and other Latin American countries are refugees, coming to keep from being murdered.

    Nobody actually has to pay for it because I can build it from materials from landfill sites which cities will pay me to haul away. I will compress it and heat treat the stuff into 20 ton blocks kind of like Lego style for stability.  It'take about 1,500,00 blocks and could be built within 2 years.
