It is a contest. You are automatically a contender.

At least she answers you, Jane.  I don't exist.  This is a typical Scorpio ploy.  We ignore those we loathe.  LOL

  • No, she recently told me that I was never going to hear from her again. It's not the first time she's told me that.

Oh she and I have had it out at least 5 times in the last 10 years.  She has a routine.  She whines and moans that she is being attacked for no reason.  I have fallen for this nonsense of hers more than a few times.  You can see where that ended up.  LOL

You're on!  I win this one hands-down.  You've spoken lovingly of her and to her, she'll flatten me like a steam-roller.

@Randy D - If you are getting harumph-y about motivated cognition, I submit you should be getting about a thousand times as steamed about the Trump supporters who insisted he was somehow "different"  from status quo political corruption while having a MASSIVE (and easily accessible) record of his own corrupt practices.

Being selectively indignant about others' selective indignation is...well, you know....

Thank you the link. I stand corrected. Evidently he did pay for some actors to attend his Presidential announcement. Not rallies. Just the first announcement.
As Crow has said this is a common place practice for both sides now.

You're welcome. I'm not aware if he did it at a later point at his rallies too. I haven't looked into it after I find the link on the first page of my google search using the phrasing Rosie did inside her question. Whether or not it's both sides isn't really the point of the question as I see it, but I know that will make you sleep better Which is fine with me. Each to their own. :-)

The first two words of your post are indicators that it follows your usual practice of a false premise.

How did he get everyone to vote for him?   That's what I want to know.  This post was edited by WM BARR . =ABSOLUTE TRASH at November 16, 2016 8:10 PM MST

  • In a nutshell?   Both adopted a "divide and conquer" and " common enemies make friends"  approach instead of policy and substance based approaches.  Either Trump did it very well, DNC did it very poorly, or both.   Very rarely, if ever, does adopting your opponents same tactic of offense as your defense  work.

I've been watching this exact same psychodrama take place during election time over and over again.  Until NOW.  This has taken cluelessness to an entirely new level.   From the person running to the people voting to the polls counting.

This?  Never in my life. Never in the history of this country.  People hate this scumbag.  Or?  People think he is the 2nd Coming of Jesus come to save them.

I've just never seen anything like it except in the days of Adolph Hitler.  Nothing compares to this in the USA in the last at least 50 years.  AT LEAST.  Nixon was something ELSE entirely, but at least we had a head's up on the results of the election, even though he tried to steal it.

Now the Republicans are getting way better at stealing elections.  If Hillary was so evil and had such email control, I think she could have drummed up a better way to spin this result herself. This post was edited by WM BARR . =ABSOLUTE TRASH at November 16, 2016 11:46 AM MST

Then clearly something is wrong with you.  Rosie has proclaimed it, therefore it must be the truth.  (Sorry, but they got to me.  They're holding my family hostage.)
