What does Ivanka bring to a table where she was NOT invited. Who invited her? Is she an elected official that the Prime Minister needs to address?
This was Trump and the Prime Minister. Not Trump and his friends and family. It screams I DON'T KNOW PROTOCOL.
I think I will bring my daughter to my next place of business. I think she will enjoy herself. So what if it is inappropriate and she is not supposed to be there. She's my daughter.

I'm pretty sure Obama did not bring his kids to meet the Prime Minister of Japan when he met with him. I'm sure no one else did this and was welcomed back there.

Oh and in case you do not understand? The Prime Minister was there to discuss information with the President of the United States, not the Vice President and certainly not the FIRST DAUGHTER.

Now, if your counterargument is "everybody does it" (i.e. that the Rich and Powerful get away with s**t like this, analogs of which would land Ordinary Joes/Janes in jail), you have a point. OTOH, one of Trump's campaign themes was that he knew how "the game is played" and would, therefore, be the most qualified person to fix it. Instead (as I warned every Trump slurper who bought that argument), he knows how the game is played and, because he's a "winner," he's going to play it for all it's worth.

@Ranpolage -- You are correct. I did not know that you were kidding and, at the time I posted my reply, I had NOT seen your interaction with Sharonna. In my defense, I cite two things:
1) Humor does not always translate well on the Internet. Even when you THINK you're being over-the-top and obvious, it is not always so. In fact, I recently read an article about someone who has made a decent living creating fake "news" and posting it on Facebook.
2) Related to 1) above, in these strange times we live in, the difference between the genuine beliefs/attitudes of our political fringes and the hyperbole critics would use to lampoon those fringes is quite small. That makes it very hard to tell whether someone is trolling (Obama is a Nazi Kenyan Marxist Socialist Indonesian Terrorist Communist Muslim bent upon destroying America!) or is serious (Obama is a Nazi Kenyan Marxist Socialist Indonesian Terrorist Communist Muslim bent upon destroying America!)
