It should, however, there are a great many things which should be considered an act of pure evil in many countries in that region.
As passionate as some are about defending the rights and safety of minority groups, I'm still waiting to see them protest another country for their treatment of women.

You misunderstand. I do not say this is Obama's fault, merely that a standing US President has basically told us all to shut up and stop worrying about it.
Come on, are you seriously trying to pass that as an argument? That the president told the country to shut up and stop worrying about it? If that's not brandishing a straw man, I don't know what it is. Only to say when called out that I misunderstood and that's not what you meant. Come on.
They're just words Crow. There's really no need to be aggressive. I was questioning your argument not you. And despite of your comment carrying an ulterior motive, I do understand it and sympathize with it. You see? Isn't this better?
We are not concerned about Dubai and what that stupid place did with one rape case.
People all over the world are being raped daily. Police are being irresponsible about it. Courts all over the nation protect the rapist.
Now, really. You keep posting these issues that are concerning one incident on some other part of the globe that no one really has access to understand without reading for an hour before answering.
I'm sure someone in China, Africa, India and Australia, even The North Pole are having issues of unfair government, policing and victim torturing.
You and your "pure evil" posts............................. When you visit a foreign country it is up to you to learn major differences in their laws so to stay out of trouble. This is sad but certainly not the first time I've heard of it.
